Disable FXS Flash Hook

We are trying to connect an intercom to a VoIP gateway (3725 w/ VIC-4FXS/DID) . Whenever we dial into the intercom system, it looks like the FXS port senses a flash hook and tries to transfer the call. The call then times out because there is no transfer digits passed to the network. Is there any way to disable flash hook on an FXS port?

I don't know if you can turn it ott completely, but you can change the timing for it with the "timing hookflash-in (time in ms)" command in voice-port config. You can set it to anywhere between 50-1550 ms. With trial and error you might find a value that whatever is causing the hookflash will no longer have any effect.
