Hi all,
I have implemented ITS with cisco IP phone, but the quality is very poor. I always get the clipped voice...is it something to do with VAD ? How to disable on IP Phone or on ITS router ?

You can disable VAD under dial peer and voice-ports
voice dial-peer 20
no vad
voice-port 1/0/1
no vad

thanks for your reply. is there a way to disable on ip phone itself ? or it's disabled by default ?

In addition to Allan's comments, ensure you disable VAD within call manager....service, service params, server select, call manager service - silencesupression (either system wide or with h.323 gateways).
