Hello
I have a DMM (MCS 7835-H2) in 5.2.2 version, web access is very slow and when I can send content to DMPs is not displayed on the screens.
Reviewing the services I see that Active MQ, Apache, Postgress, Tomcat are stopped.
I do the following procedure via SSH:
APPLIANCE_CONTROL >> RESTART_OPTIONS >> RESTART_WEB_SERVICES
and
APPLIANCE_CONTROL >> RESTART_OPTIONS >>RESTART_DATABASE_SERVICES
And re-run services, but lately I have repeated this procedure very often, because theservices are stopped more often.
Is this because of a bug? Is there any way to fix this behavior?

Good morning,
I'm afraid it's not possible to give you an answer without getting some further data first, so I would recommend you to open a TAC service request to have it investigated further.

Please advise if you find a solution. We currently have an unresolved TAC with Cisco and have tried several things. We end up having to do a soft reboot of the server almost every day now. The good thing is that we have the new server ordered and on the way. If we determine our issue before we replace the server, I will let you know.
