DMP 4400 and BLank Screen

All,

We are currently using DMP 4400G's running 5.3.5 and experiencing an issue with the screen going black. We are able to ping the DMP and get into it during this timeframe but the content is not displaying. Our content does have flash content in it. A reboot corrects the issue.

Any ideas to what may be the issue?

Does the content have correct resolution or ratio(4:3, 16:9)?

There may be a cross domain policy issue if you are pulling source data from a domain other than that on which your flash file resides.
