To obtain software from the 5.1 release, you must either purchase it directly or demonstrate that your SAS support contract from an earlier release includes the 5.1 upgrade at no additional cost.

I just purchase this DMP and the firmware it shipped with was 5.1. I accidentally downgraded to 5.0.3 thinking it was 5.3. What are my options to return to 5.1?

The Cisco support engineer who assists you will need to know your sales order number for the DMP that you purchased. After he or she verifies that you already paid for the 5.1 firmware, Cisco will either ship software to you or release it to you online.
