I noticed that this class is used in the implementation of com.cisco.ipphone.sdk.CallerInfo. It appears to be a simple semaphore, but I was wondering where it was documented.

It's used in many of their examples/sample code, and is implemented in the jtapi.jar, but I've never seen it documented...
