Dear All,
I have a DMM running version 5.0.3 with running 35 DMP's running version 5.0.3 , the customer request to add a new DMP's to add it on the DMM, the ordered DMP's are running version 5.2.0 , my question now is ,can a I make downgrade directly from 5.2.0 to 5.0.3 for the new players ? if not what is the road to downgrade it to 5.0.3?
Thanks,

Ahmed,
- Which Model# of DMP are you referencing?
- Things to make sure you have and do prior to downgrading:
* Make sure you have a copy of the 5.0.3 version of DMP firmware that
you need
* RESET the DMP to "factory defaults"
* After the DMP reboots, access the DMP via the DMP-DM GUI and "Upgrade firmware" from there
* After the DMP reboots, access the DMP via the DMP-DM GUI and verify the firmware version
I hope this helps!

Direct downgrade should work. Just make sure you reset to factory defaults
and do not interrupt the upgrade process while in progress.
Cheers!
