Downloading Licenses

Is there a way for a client to have more than one person setup to be able to download their Cisco license no matter which person the order is flagged to?  They have an outstanding license to add but since the order was placed using a different person they are unable to download it.

You can contact the Cisco Licensing team with the service order number or PAK and they should be able to provide you the licenses in an email.
