E&M between Alcatel and 1750s

I' getting a short dialtone from the voice port.

There is not enought time to capture all dialed

digits.

If I put a ground in RJ45 PIN 2, the dialtone

is enoughtly long to dial and to capture all digits.

But the ground has to be released else the voice

port is always busy.
