e-mail vs voice mail

If a caller cals in to get messges and it prompts them that they have 6 new voice mails and 40 new emails, is it possible to allow for checking old voice mails before going on to email? Once a message has been read it then goes into 3rd place before new voice and email. Any way to change that?<br><br>

When a user logs in they have the option to listen to new messages (press 1) or listen to old messages (press 3). If they press 3 they can hear their old messages, which by default will read voicemails first, then e-mails. They can then return to the main menu and hear new messages at any time.

If a user calls in and checks voice mail and then calls back in later and has new voice mail and new emaiol you need to get thru all of the voice mail an email b4 you can get to old voice mail

Like I said in the previous post, you can press 3 to get to old messages without having to listen to new messages first.
