EDMT 11.6 error during logger migration

I have big trouble by using EDMT to upgrade Logger 10.5 to version 11.6. I followed the instructions (create directory set share and permission...) but I always get the following error message:

...

What can I do that EDMT Logger migration is running correct?

Do I have to create logger DB before running EDMT?

Is it mandatory, that logger DB has the same size in new version as it is in old version?

I'm struggling with that since a whole day and need help to find the problem.

Cheers,

Tobias
