Hi, i've just upgraded a CM cluster from 3.2 to 4.1(3)sr3a.
When i try to set the 'Enable MultiLevelAdmin' parameter to 'true', the following error appears, instead of the new password prompt:
"Invalid operation. User is not allowed to change CCMAdministrator password"
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Are you using AD integration.
Are you using Local Administrator account?

The CM is not part of an AD integration.
Yes, the CM is currently logged in with the original 'Administrator' account. Do i need to log off, and on again with the 'CCMAdministrator' account?
Thanks

I've also just found out that my customer had recently changed the Administrator password, following the CM upgrade.
