Hi,I'm looking at doing some QoS testing using g711 and g729, and have read that setting the sampling rate above 30ms usually results in poor voice quality, while it is best optimized at 20ms. I was wondering how you set these sampling rates?Thanks

Thanks Fred, however, no unity or ipcc is in use at present. Once we get unity, then that'll be fine, but i was looking to see if there was a workaround in the mean time..... without needing to set cfwdall.
The CM is not part of an AD integration.Yes, the CM is currently logged in with the original 'Administrator' account. Do i need to log off, and on again with the 'CCMAdministrator' account?Thanks
