I have a user who cannot log on to any of our phones through extension mobility, when previously he could. On the LCD screen we get "error code 6" displayed, can anyone tell me what this is and what I would need to do to sort this out?

Is the user account still associated to a User Device Profile?

I have been unable to check this as I cannot get remote access to the CM at the moment but I will check this as soon as I do.
