When dialing a specific number, we hear" Sorry, the system is temporary unable to complete your call, please try again later"

Also, if call opening greeting and dial internal extension, we hear"we didn't reconize the digits", but actually this is the subscribers extension configured in the unity.

Also there couple ports are locked, this morning was two, now is 4.

UNity version 3.13, intergration with NEC2000

Whenever you get the failsafe message (the "Sorry, the system is temporarily unable to..." prompt) error(s) are always logged to the application event log indicating what the source of the problem is. Most likely it's a situation where a call handler you're trying to get to has a broken owner/recipient link or something similiar. Posting the error messages will help, I'd also suggest downloading the latest dbWalker version off AnswerMonkey.net and giving it a run on your system to turn up any broken link issues like that.

Here is the application log:

GetActiveContactRule() returned [0x80070057] on line 200 of file e:\views\Unity3.1.2.41\un_Conv2\AvConvPhoneHandler\AvConvPHTransferSvr\AvSLoadInfo.cpp

Running conversation PHTransfer on Port 2

Did you run the latest dbWalker on it? Looks like maybe the standard contact rule might be disabled somehow or another or something along those lines.
