we had an electrical problem, the CM do not shutdown properly and then when ther services come back appeared the attached message:
Disk Error None 7 N/A
The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block.
WHAT CAN I DO TO RESOLVER THIS PROBLEM?

Run chkdsk on the drive:

I would also contact HP|IBM to run the manufacturer's diagnostic in order to know if disk needs to be replaced.
Are you able to access that device just fine?
Or you get an error?
