Error running avvid_save

Hi,

I have lots of CTIManager errors in the EventViewer and it seems that it's a directory issue. I'm trying to run avvid_save and I get the following error "ldap_simple_bind : invalid credentials". I can't log in the DC Direcory Administrator either, no user/pwd seems to be valid. Any ideas ? Thanks.

Are you using DC Directory or AD directory Integration.

You might check the Directoryconfiguration.ini files and UMDirectoryConfiguration under:

C:\dcdsrvr

C:\dcdsrvr\

respectivly.

This will give the current options for your Directory

Can you add/delete/modify users?

Which error you are getting in the EV?

Hi Gonzalo,

It seems that the problem was with MLA. I uninstalled/re-installed it, created the "ac" user, and everything is fine now. I could'nt do any of the procedures in the Directory issues guide, I was always getting an error.
