Expressway deployment difference Singe 3-port / Dual 2-Port ?

Dear all.

I am starting to deploy Expressway in our company and found following link:

There is a "Single 3-port" and a "Dual 2-Port" deployment.

At the moment I think about to deploy "Singele 3-port" deployment because we only have one ASA Cluster (2 ASA in a Cluster).

But I want to aks what are the difference / advantage /dsiadvantage beween "Single 3-port" and a "Dual 2-Port" deployment ?

The strong recommendation is to deploy with Dual NICs.

Thnaks for theis link. I already read that the recomendation is to use dual NIC. Is it because traffic can run through the firewall more than one time and this could produce video auality issues for example ?
