I followed the instruction on this page http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_ipphon/english/xservice/admin/esgd03.htm to set up Extension Mobility. When I press the service button on the 7960 phone, I got Host Not Found message and no service is listed.
Please help.

If your getting "Host Not Found" as soon as you hit the services button, and you see now service's offered to you, I'd check your CCM's | Enterprise Parameters | Services URL
Sounds like it's not even looking in the right spot for them..
It all depends on how your CCM was installed, but my URL points to:
http://ip-of-ccm/CCMCIP/getservicesmenu.asp
You can also check this location from your phone.. just hit your settings, and check out your network config, it's like option 29 I think..
Good luck

I have similar issue - i am working with TAC to get problem fixed. In the mean time - check this bug out: CSCec19768 -- give workaround a try.

I have the problem solved. Check the "Services" under "Enterprise Parameter". If you are using DNS for the Call Manager name resolution, this field needs to have "http://callmanagername..."

A better practice is to use the ip address of the callmanager in your enterprise params due to the fact that the phones aren't very good at name resoltion.
