Extension mobility logout problem

I have call manager 3.3(2) with SP C. I configured extension mobility . I have "Login" woking,but could not find any 'logout'. Can some one suugest why it is not there? Also my pluggs in in Application are not working. If I try to downlaod the TSP from PLUGIN it give error on that page.

Make sure the user device profile has the EM service configured. When you logon choose the em service and this asks if you want to logout.
