Extension mobility profiles migration to another AD

Hi,

how can I migrate EM profiles (and other user information: PAB, ...), stored in Active Directory server to new server in a new domain without retyping them manualy? Will Microsoft migration tool do the job correctly? Has anyone done this? We have CCM ver. 4.1(3)SR2.
