FAC binding to IP PHONE or UDP ?

Hi,

Is it possible to bind the Force Authorization Code to a particular User or IP PHONE or to Its Profile?

The reason for the same is to make sure that each individual has a Diff. FAC and it can only be used by him/Her.

Kindly Help me in achieving the same with any Work Around...
