Failover Configuration - SQL Replication

When running the Failover configuration tool how long (ball park) should this process take for the SQL replication?

There are 380 odd subscribers on the system in a EX2000 cluster for Unified Messaging. None of the subscribers have any 'fancy' settings. I have run this once and the process seems to get stuck on the SQL configuration. In particular on the "Waiting for SQL Distribution agent to complete"

In windows task manger - the application is indicated as running and CPU usage is only 1/2%.

The system is Unity 3.1.5 with complete and up to date service packs

Configuring SQL replication should take around 10 minutes for 380 users. In your case, is the FCW completing successfully? If the SQL replication does not complete within 30 minutes, the wizard times out. Open Unity diagnostic tool and check for errors in the Failover config traces if SQL replication is not configured successfully
