I have a ext mobility user with Fast Dial service configured. All works ok. If the user goes into the /ccmuser web page and changes their pin then the fast dials don not work any more. I have to go in to the services page in the device profile and reset the password. I do not allow the users to access service in the /ccmuser webpage. Is there any way to turn off PIN authentication for Fast dials?
