Fax over Standard ATA 186

Dear Experts,

I have PRI line I use it to provide phone and fax lines.

The Fax lines are NOT working well specially with long distance numbers.

Should I configure the CallManager some how to fix this OR should I configure the Standard ATA 186 itself?
