Question: One of my users has their voice mail light flashing even though they have cleared their voice mail out. It's 7940 IP Phone. I seem to recall a setting in CCM that clears that, but can't find it.

you can dial the MWI-Off DN from the phone. (find this DN configured in CCM admin under Feature>VoiceMail>MessageWaiting)
or, if MWI is not going off when all messages are saved/deleted, then goto unity or other VM system and do a MWI synchronization.
(in unity you can MWI sync. from subscribers configuration page or use the IntegrationManager for full system MWI sync.)
for unity, MWI will remain on until a user deletes or saves a voice mail.
