We have recentley installed VOip in a new building site and this works brilliiantly. I have just replaced 4 extensions with 7960's in my office (which is in another building) and connected them to a cisco 3524 which is configured on the right vlans for the callmanager in the new building. The phones work fine however on 2 of the extensions I get 1 ring calls periodically and this registers as a missed call.
I have already tried the following:-
1. Checked configuration of the 3524
2. Checked configuration of phones on the call manager
3. Checked configuration of route plans on gateway
4. Swapped extension nos.
5. Swapped handsets
6. Swapped cabling from phone to switch.
Now I am scratching my head. I do not understand why the problem only persists with the 2 phones and not all of them since they are all configured the same and on the same switch.
Any suggestions ???????
