FXO dial out problem

I am running CME, I have 2 analogue exchange lines connected to my FXO ports, I need my IP phones to dial out on particular exchange line, not just pick the one that is free. I have tried the answer-address statement on the dial-peer, but it still alternates between the 2 lines.

Any suggestions ???

I would configure 2 different access codes for dial out.That way, you can use your dial peers to point to a specific port based on the access code dialed. For example:

dial-peer voice 1 pots

destination pattern 8T

port 1/0

dial-peer voice 2 pots

destination-pattern 9T

port 1/1

That's a quick and dirty fix.
