If a call from pbx or pstn to router with a fxo,when the call hang out ,the fxo didn't detect it.
I heared that this is a bug in ios.But I update my ios to 12.3t(9c) and the problem still.
Is there any way that I can fix this.

We have a similar issue. It only happens with our Sprint locations. Bellsouth locations work fine. We were told to disable caller ID and it would work, which it did. We use caller ID so they said we need to go to version 12.3(11)T2.
You can try this or play with the disconnect supervision setting in the router for that voice-port. config-voice-port>disconnect supervision.....
