FXO problem

Dear all,

i've configured my FXO as following and i got this error when debuging (it some times works and some time doesn't work):

fb_get_reject_cause_code: ERROR cause_code NULL

voice-port 2/0

dial-type pulse

!

!

dial-peer voice 4 pots

description Dial Peer to Mobile phones ("8" + 10 digits)

destination-pattern 9...........

port 2/0

forward-digits 11

is it possible to get the following information-

1. does this happen to both inbound and outbound ?

2. deb voice ccapi inout

3. deb vpm sig

4. deb vtsp all

a small call flow would be great.
