g729 codec Pb with ip phones and CCM 4.1.3 payload 40 and 60

HELLO

i'm using a ccm 4.1.3 with a voice gateway AS5400. i have a very strange Pb with Ip phones , when configuring to talk in G729 ( payload 40 and 60 )we have a choopy voice or no voice , at the same time there are no Pb with softphone,

N.B softphone and ip phones are configured with the same device pool and region,and

with G711 codec there is no PB.

i'm using CCM 4.1.3 and IOS on the AS5400 12.3.6 IP PLUS

Check for duplex mismatches. Dropped packets caused by duplex mismatches will be much more noticeable with g.729. Set your interfaces for the proper speed and duplex instead of letting them autonegotiate. For example, if the interfaces are 100Mb, configure speed 100 and duplex full in interface configuration mode.
