We have a client who is currently running Call Manager 3.0.8 with Unity 2.4.6.102. Their complaint is that sometimes when they retrieve their voicemail messages the voice quality is so bad - hazy, garbled, background noises - that it is impossible to listen to the message and make any sense out of it. Plus the unity prompts also start sounding garbled and hazy and voice quality is really bad. I have personally listened to some of these messages. What would cause this to happen. We are actually in the process of upgrading Call Manager to 3.1.1 and Unity to 2.4.6.135 plus the TSP to 3.0.2.
