I am designing a network, and I need to put gatekeepers for Call admission control. I want to use the ISR routers. How do I determine what is the best router to use as a gatekeeper?

In your situation Cisco 3800 or Cisco 2800 will be best suited. Check the bandwidth calculator and the required DRAM to run the IOS.
