Get CUCM 9.1 back from stucking in an unsufficient licensing state

Hello community,

could you advse me the best way how to bring my customer's CUCM 9.1 back to sufficient licensing state since the demo period was expired? The customer exceeded its licensing capabilities by adding remote destination to a user that requires Enh+ license and haven't deleted it before 60-days period is expired.

The CUCM is locked at the moment for any DB modifications including user/remote destination deleting.

I see several ways:

1) Purchase one Enh+ license, but it's difficult because of EOL

2) Install a new ELM without licenses and temporarly host the CUCM on it

3) Do a manual DB modifications on a publisher

Hi there

Could you try a reboot on Pub and see you are able to delete the over consumed license ?

I believe a reboot of Pub can give you <24 hours of MACD
