Does anyone face this issue on virtual CUBE(CSR1000V), where you can't place any calls from webex calling cloud for particular time and after that it starts working fine. During that time period, i am getting below error message:
000134: *Sep 28 15:20:37.175 AEST: %SIP-3-INTERNAL: TLS_SOCKET_SEND_BLOCKED:connid=4, local_addr=<CUBE-IP>, remote_addr=199.59.67.19, remote_port=8934 - All retries are exhausted, deleting pending messages
000447: Sep 28 15:15:31.306 AEST: %SIP-2-TLS_HANDSHAKE_FAILED: TLS handshake failure - remote_addr=199.59.64.19, remote_port=8934
