I have set-up GMS as per:

I have granted admin rights to my extension/id, set-up both call in number, and also admin via telephone, and it says the call in number is enabled and associated with promptmgt app.
When I dial the extension that I have added rather than getting the option to record a WAV I just get engaged tone.
Any ideas? I need to customise an Script and play a WAV file. I could upload a WAV but would rather do through the phone.
