Goldmine application integrated with Call Manager

Anybody integrated Goldmine CRM application with Call Manager?

Ricardo,

It depends on what you are trying to do.

As I understand it, Goldmine's desktop client is TAPI compaitble - so dial-out using the Cisco TSP should not be a problem.

If you are trying to screenpop on inbound then you will need an additional application such as Cisco's ICD/IPCC or Arc Solutions (arcsolutions.com) Screenpop which supports Goldmine..

Actually, Goldmine is not TAPI compliant. There is a third party appication supported by Goldmine that interfaces between the TSP and Goldmine though. We have one client using it - not very reliable.
