Is it possible to grab a call that has been forwarded to voice mail out of voice mail? For example, a user hear's his phone ringing and runs to grab it but just misses the call. That person would like to be able to pull the call out of voice mail.

Sorry, such call control features are not currently available with Unity under any switch/IP PBX integration method.

It was never an option in Unity, but I remember the old ActiveVoice product had an application that would allow users to monitor VM being left. Any ideas if there is a horizon that has something like that on it?

Yeah, that was the old "ViewCall" and "ViewCall Plus" desktop applications. No, there aren't any plans on deck at the moment to get that kind of functionality into Unity. It's doable, but it's a lot of work... the support calls we took on that bad-boy would make your hair curl, too. In reality we didn't sell that many seats of it either. It was one of those items that folks thought looked really cool and played very well at trade shows but when push came to shove folks didn't really use it much in their day to day work life.

I figured that it would be VERY low on the changes list, somewhere after "stable TSP"
