Hi,
When a customer make a call, i want some phones to ring (3 times) and if there is no answer, a welcome message is played while the designated phones are still ringing.
I have CCM 3.3.3, AA installed, and Cisco 2651XM as the gateway.

Sure..
Cisco has a great solution for you, it's called IPCC Express. Looks like what you're trying to do is create a queue and perhaps ask people to wait, someone will answer the phone eventually??!
I doubt you'll get the features you want using the hardware you have described above. Sounds like what you probably really want is one step away from creating a call center, in which cisco has positioned IPCC express as such. And that's why they won't create anything as you described above.

You can also configure a IVR

Yes, i'm trying this solution.
I modify the greeting message, but i want the default script to go directly to the operator after the message was played, so the customer don't have to press anything.

Hi,
It treats forming a dial-peer direct to a number of the operator. Its can resolve your problem
