Does anyone know of a handset that will control the softphone? I have configured the audio settings but have been unable to find a product that will answer the call when lifting the receiver.

go to http://www.clarisys.com their i750 product is a usb handset that was recommended by cisco in the UK
though it is a press the button to answer handset
