Hang up on Call Forward All

We are using ccm 4.0(2) sr1. Occasionally we have a problem when users use the call forward all function on their telephones. The user inputs the call forward all to their mobil. When they remove the call forward function calls are still directed to their mobil phone. Ccm administration shows no number for the line in the forward all box. If you then config a forward all number and then delete it the phone works normally. Anyone seen anything similiar?

If you have PUB-SUB scenario, could be a good idea, check the replication using dblhelper.exe, also restart DBL service in each server.

Double check passwords for SQLsvc account using Adminutil.exe

Check the event viewer for DBL errors in both servers.

Could be good idea to check traces when this problem appears.
