Hi All,
I have to do a project HCS for a client that currently has about 3,000 no-Cisco IP phones and 1000 Ip phone Cisco. The customer wants to maintain the phones that already using, and I would like to know if third-party phones are compatible with solution HCS. I know that for compatibility with the Call Manager is sufficient that the phones of other vendors must support the SIP protocol, is it true? Please tell me what would be the problem if I will be using the no-Cisco IP phones.
Thanks a lot
Antonio
