Hello,
I have a colleague that will be getting a hearing aid soon. It's Bluetooth compatible. So do I just need a Cisco Bluetooth phone (such as the 8851 or Meraki MC74)? Any other special requirements?

Tom

I've always used an intermediary, such as the Clearsounds QH2 bluetooth adapter, along with the Oticon Streamer Pro. Hearing aids pair to the streamer, streamer pairs to the QH2 which plugs in to the headset jack on the phone. Works like a charm.

Are the aids able to connect to the Clearsounds directly? I am working with someone using Belltone Achieve aids and they dont have a streamer for it and the 8851 doesnt see the aids.

I used the Belltone Phone Link 2 with an 8851.
