I have got installed an Cisco Callmanager 6 with the following Updates
cm-locale-de_DE-6.0.0.1-1.cop Active
cmterm-7921-sccp.1-0-4.cop Active
cmterm-devicepack6.0.1.2111-1.cop Active
localeinstaller Active
po-locale-de_DE-8.3.3.1000-1.cop Active
When i am at the Admin Menü and i klick Help then i get redircted to the following page:
https://hostname:8443/Help/de_DE/ccm/index.html
and i get these Errors
HTTP Status 404 - /Help/de_DE/ccm/index.html
type Status report
message /Help/de_DE/ccm/index.html
description The requested resource (/Help/de_DE/ccm/index.html) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5.17
Is this a problem with the German Language file ?

I have the same same issue using the Australian Locale. If I click the help for this page and the error massage comes up I change the en_AU in the url to en_US and the apges then come up. This is a work around though and not the solution. Have you been able to resolve your isseu and could youo tell me how you did it??

I have exactly the same behavior after installing Russian locale, and some parts of admin interfase has been transtaleted in to Russian.
How can I get admin interface and help purely in English and only user and phone interface in Russian?

That problem is well-known and caused by Web Browsers language settings!
Workaround: Set Browser to en-US
