I want to get a report of all the calls of my company. How?.

What type of hardware are you using? If it's a Cisco IAD for example, use syslog to send the info to a syslog server. There are free syslog viewers out there you could use. Kiwi syslog is a nice freeware/shareware one. Then you could 'massage' the info into an 'CSV' file format for example.
