host not found error ONLY with 7960 phones - other model phones work

Hi All,

I have a strange problems with our 7960 phones only.

When using the Exchange Contacts Lookup IP Services script (http://www.myvoipsource.org/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=67&Itemid=50) , it works on 7912 and 7971 phones, but NOT on 7960's.

With the 7960 phones, we recieve 'host not found' messages.

I have tried calling the script by both hostname and Ip address, but it still fails on all the 7960's.

We are using CCM 4.1(3) and Extension Mobility.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I actually found the problem for this myself.

It seems the 7960's do not like it if you have an @ symbol in URL requests (our exchange users have user.name@hostname as their mailalias)

The other models work ok with the @ symbol, just not the 7960's!
