How can an IP phone (7910) make outgoing call to PSTN and vice versa?

I have setup ephones to communicate through WAN using I.T.S. I use a 3640 router for the I.T.S which has 2 FXO VWICS connected to the PBX. How can I route the call from one IP phone to the pstn through the fxo port and vice versa?

call from one IP phone to the pstn:

1.-In the CallManager , Add New Gateway, H323

2.-Add new Route Pattern 9, Gateway/Route List : "IP New Gateway"

3.-In te Gateway (Cisco 2600,3600 etc) copy the follow:

FXO:

dial-peer voice 100 pots

preference 1

destination-pattern 9......

port 1/0/0

dial-peer voice 100 pots

preference 2

destination-pattern 9......

port 1/0/1

From PSTN

voice-port 1/0/0

connection plar opx 3975...where it´s the DN IPPhone
