hi jagifoto1

you can enable FTP service from DMP menu management services, then enable ftp.

from DMP service account page change the password of the ftp account , username is ftp;

use  ftp:///tmp/ftproot/usb_1/ — For files on the internal flash drive

       ftp://tmp/ftproot/usb_2/ — For files on a mounted USB drive

       ftp://tmp/ftproot/CIFS/ — For files on a mounted network share

to delete all files from DPMs create this advanced task:

Advanced Tasks--> System Tasks

------------------------------

Name\Description = Clean USB1 on DMP

Request Type     = Set

Request          = mng.command=write+sh+FG+rm+-rf+/tmp/ftproot/usb_1/

Name\Description = Clean USB2 on DMP

Request Type     = Set

Request          = mng.command=write+sh+FG+rm+-rf+/tmp/ftproot/usb_2/

Hi Temur, ok. I do the above procedure and it worked fine

Now, I have other question?

How can I reproduce any file (for example: a video, an url page, an image), that is in the flash of DMP?

Índice de ftp://172.17.15.22/tmp/ftproot/tmp/ftproot/tmp/ftproot/usb_1/

I appreciate your early response.

Thanks

Hi jagifoto1

As i guesed you need to push all contents to DMP's and after that play them, no metter if there connectivity lost.

    firstly you need to upload all your content to DMP's. this can be done from digital signage menu Digital media players/Advanced task.  create new deployment package, in process of creation you can choose several content types.

    after you use menu Schedule (play now, or play in future option), select event type adavanced tasks

and chpoose deployment package you 've created before. after finishing deployment the new link is generated in advanced task/(go to) url menu. it means tha you uploaded video on DMP's.

   after uploading videos you you must schedule again to play those uloaded content. go to menu schedule, select event type advanced task and choose newly generated url's to play.
