how cancel call waiting function

here i have a 7911 phone, and set when no answer, transfer call to my mobile phone, no answer time is 15 second. when i'm calling use my 7911 phone, and another person call my 7911 phone again, after 15 second my mobile phone ring. but i don't it do that. i need system tell the calling person, i'm calling in busy. How can i do it?

Hi Hao,

If this is Communications Manager, try setting the Busy Trigger to "1" on the DN Configuration Page for this phone. It sounds like it is set to 2 or more :) If you are using CME try "Huntstop Channel"
