Ok so a user had the name of "Kim" on extension 5211 and now a different user uses that extension. I changed the user name in Call Manager Admin and everywhere I look the name is changed except when I call 5211. When I call 5211 it still says "calling Kim"......How do I change that?

I don't have a CM in front of me and can't remember the name of the box exactly, but I think what you're looking for is on the line configuration and named something like "Internal Caller Name"

Yes it is on the line config itself, at the bottom:
Display (Internal Caller ID)
